Getting started
Download the kedameGebeya Android app to browse products from verified local vendors. Create an account with your phone number, explore categories, and add items to your cart. You can shop in English or Amharic.
Placing an order
Review your cart, confirm your delivery address, and place your order. You will receive updates as your order is confirmed, prepared, and dispatched. Order details are available in the app under My Orders.
Cash on delivery
kedameGebeya supports cash on delivery in supported areas. Please have the exact amount ready when your order arrives. If you are unavailable, our delivery partner may attempt to contact you or reschedule.
Delivery and tracking
Delivery times vary by location and vendor. Track your order status in the app. If your delivery is delayed or something looks wrong, contact support using the chat button on this site or through the app.
Returns and refunds
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, report the issue within 48 hours of delivery through the app or support channels. Our team will review your case and guide you through the next steps.
Selling on kedameGebeya
Vendors can apply through the app or website to open a storefront. Once approved, you can list products, manage inventory, and fulfill orders from your vendor dashboard. Vendor payouts and policies are shared during onboarding.
